It randomly appeared in my 'recommended' just now... And I can't stop laughing at this! What was that even - this guy called them on stage just so he could kiss her and greet him and make them afraid that they would have to say something and totally confused as to why?

Upfronts are pointless to regular peeps. It's usually not in front of public view.
+X Files yeah I know it's not for public eye. It's all very pitchy given the way he describes it. What's pointless is having them come out and wave for half a second. It's like okay... Was that necessary? It seemed that these two figured as much too. "wtf are we here??" looks on their faces. haha
