"Thought-crime"? ... this is a unique English "law" so patently insane, so immensely absurd, and of such inconceivable imbecility, that no previous tyranny in history - not even the nazis and communists - so much as contemplated such madness possible ... because it is not.

No banners, no ripping down of property, no screeming at the top of her voice, no lying prostrate in the middle of the road! Any other religion, any other sexual persuation, any other colour and you would have 20 police protecting your rights from every angle! Any clearer sign that being either White, Christian or Straight gives us reason to make up any charge we like to destroy any expression of exhistance you dare to have. And you will pay me to do it!

That this woman has an ‘exclusion zone’ around her is surely testament to the fact that she probably shouldn’t be there in the first place.

Isabel Vaughan-Spruce was not arrested for praying. Isabel Vaughan-Spruce was arrested for breaching a PSPO. (Public Space Protection Order) Residents in a movement called "Reclaim Our Road" campaigned for 2 years to get the order to stop the persistent antisocial behaviour of both pro-life and pro-choice groups. Demonstrations outside Robert Clinic caused disruption, uncertainty and stress for residents. “The community dreaded the start of each intense period of protest and it impacted people’s wellbeing. The presence of the protesters was a flashpoint for arguments, angry words and disturbance.” Setting out its decision, the Council said it was satisfied that “a number of activities, carried out or are likely to be carried out… have had, or are likely to have, a detrimental effect on the quality of life of those in the locality”. “The effect or likely effect of these activities is of a persistent or continuing nature such as to make these activities unreasonable, and justifies the restrictions imposed in this order,” it said. The PSPO prevents protests about abortion services, interfering with people who use or work at the clinic or intimidating them. Anybody who ignores the PSPO risks being fined. Liz Bates, who lives locally to the clinic and is a member of Reclaim Our Road, said she was relieved “the buffer zone is finally in place” and that women will be free to access the clinic unimpeded. She said it had taken an “enormous effort” from residents to secure the buffer zone. “The strength of support was clear in the number of responses and the weight of opinion in favour of the buffer zone. Ninety per cent of people who live in the immediate area are in support and it was the strongest response Birmingham City Council has ever had to any consultation.” inews.co.uk/news/birmingham-abortion-clinic-buffer-zone-protests-campaign-local-residents-1868412 On 7 September 2022, Birmingham City Council put a Public Space Protection Order in place within and surrounding Station Road, B30 to protect service users and staff who attend the Robert Clinic from both pro-life and pro-choice vigils/protests. THIS ORDER is made by Birmingham City Council (the Council) under section 59 of the Anti- Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, because the council is satisfied on reasonable grounds that there are a number of activities, carried out or are likely to be carried out in a public space namely the area within and surrounding Station Road, Birmingham, B30, shown outlined on the map attached ( the restricted area) that have had, or are likely to have, a detrimental effect on the quality of life of those in the locality. The effect or likely effect of these activities is of a persistent or continuing nature such as to make these activities unreasonable, and justifies the restrictions imposed in this order. The Activities prohibited by the Order are: i Protesting, namely engaging in any act of approval or disapproval or attempted act of approval or disapproval, with respect to issues related to abortion services, by any means. This includes but is not limited to graphic, verbal or written means, PRAYER or counselling, ii Interfering, or attempting to interfere, whether verbally or physically, with a Robert Clinic service user, visitor or member of staff, iii Intimidating or harassing, or attempting to intimidate or harass, a Robert Clinic service user, visitor or a member of staff, iv Recording or photographing a Robert Clinic service user, visitor or member of staff or v Displaying any text or images relating directly or indirectly to the termination of pregnancy. At her first arrest on 6 Dec 2022 when questioned by the Police officer "Why are you standing here of all places?", Isabel Vaughan-Spruce, director of March for Life and leader of 40 Days for Life, admitted in the video that she was standing there because "Because this is an abortion clinic". Then she was asked "Are you praying?", she answered "I might be praying in my head". So she is clearly aware that she has breached the PSPO by standing there and praying there. The charges were dropped on 16 February 2023 on four counts in October, November and December 2022. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-birmingham-64668114 but again she has got herself arrested for breaching the PSPO on Mon 6 March 2023. The Police once again explained that a PSPO was in place and asked Isabel to leave. "Can I please ask to you to step away from here and outside the exclusion zone?" "You've said you are still engaging in prayer which is the offence" Isabel replies "Silent prayer" The Police state "The Public Space Protection Order says not to be stood outside here, doesn't It?" Isabel clearly states "I am silently praying" and "I'm just here to pray", admitting the offence of the PSPO. Police state "We're going to issue you a ticket now and if you do not leave the area you will be arrested. Do you understand that?". Isabel replies "I understand the process".

Once again, most of the people making comments fail to understand what is happening and incorrectly blame the Police. If you actually listen, he is asking her to leave the Exclusion Zone, the fact that she is refusing to do so is the arrestable offence. The police are actually doing their job and enforcing the law. The real issue lies with the faceless woke idiots that placed the exclusion zone in the first place. But, once again, the ignorant masses blame the police and blindly carry on re-electing the real criminals into positions where they can continue destroying the country.

Police officer: "You said you're engaging in prayer which is the offence." -Welcome to 21st century Britain where thought-crime is a reality. This highlights the absolute fanatical and extreme nature of pro-abortion activism. Would people who are indifferent to abortion be ok if the thought-crime was applied to other, unrelated contentious issues such Brexit? Could someone be arrested for praying about Brexit? It is not such a preposterous now a precedent has been set. This is disgusting, vile and troubling in equal measure.
