close your game and open it again, if that doesnt work, save file is corrupted 😕 a new save file should fix your problem

And for some reason when I was saving my data, once I died when monty, Roxy, and chica was chasing me, my progress reseted for some reason and then I couldn't go inside Freddy's chest.

Hello bro! 😃 do you mean at the beginning of the game? it could be an error 🤔 turn off your switch (not sleep mode) and try again. if that doesnt work, it may be corrupted save file, in that case you'd need a new save file (start from the beginning)
