Not much music from games lately stuck in my head as a unique tune I'll carry with me long after I'm done with the game. This is one of them. A strong, recognizable opening, familiar enough PSX like organ parts, A high energy melodic line layered beneath more calm bassier strings, it really manages to capture a particular era of game music without ever coming recognizably close to an existing game score, (that I remember, anyways). It's an excellent pastiche, and it brings to mind exactly the type of environment that accompanied it in Pseudoregalia.

I'm getting racing in a warm beach vibe of this song, or a scorching desert.

This whole soundtrack slaps so hard, but I think this track might be my favourite :D

Hey, great mix! This is a very late comment, but... I noticed that in the chorus, the first two chords used are BbMaj -> DMin (IV/VII to vi/VII respectively). In the original, the first two chords used for the chorus are BbMaj -> FMaj (IV/VII to I/VII respectively). Was this due to a hardware limitation or just an oversight? It still sounds good, just curious, since I know nothing about VRC6. Thank you!

Tempted the buy the game for this soundtrack alone.... This song fucking kicks ass. I heard it from a streamer playing this during an Eldren Ring boss fight, think it was a TH-cam recommended playlist and the entire chat was vibing hard with it. Thankfully someone knew the title of it or I wouldn't be here right now.

This gives off heavy "this is it" vibes, I got goosebumps the first time I heard it. It's been a while since a game's soundtrack has made me feel so many emotions. I seriously cannot praise the team enough for this OST. Hard to pick a favorite song when every single one is a perfect 10/10 for me.
