Is this what Darth Sidious became after he died?
To answer your question, no. The Dark Side/Sith are focused on finding eternal life through physical means. This is why Sidious transfers his essence into other bodies (what he wanted to do with anakin before he turned to Darth Vader). They want to stay alive so they can continue to amass power and to stop other force users from having more power than them. This would be more akin to how a light side user would be shown with eternal life. As an etheral being, with no real form (force ghost can take any form they wish, but they usually opt to the form that is most familiar to them and others). Now, to answer the real question, no. His voice is the only real scary voice that I can imitate and I thought it would be a good fit for the role of Saklas.
