Typical H&S officer video with a lot of the theoretical principles but near to none real practical solutions. By the way, the D in the ABCD stands for Descent & Rescue and NOT for deccelaration. Shock absorbing lanyards are just one of many types of Connecting devices (the C).
Sir where can we anchor the full body harness if there was no available lifeline?
Twin tail lanyards helps to fixed achor at two distinct points.
Can EN397 helmet be use for work at height?
Can I know the type of safety helmet use for this course? Can I know the model of the helmet.
Thanks for training of working at hights so u should be wearing full ppe to respect safety and your training job

I would suggest that if you have giving training, you should wear your full PPE, and provide appropriate measures on where the anchor properly hook.
