This video is my first attempt at time lapse photography using a GoPro Hero 3 Silver Edition camera. The film was put together using the GoPro editing software and ScreenFlow. The music is from the soundtrack to Girl Rising. The song is A New Generation by Lorne Balfe.
Great for rowing along to in the gym.The concept II tells me am keeping correct stroke rate. 500 metre warm up first. Am quite chuffed at 64 that I can keep the pace.
9th HOCR, 1st bow loader this weekend 😆 As a, er, bit of a control freak I confess I’m not a fan-but this is just what I was looking for to help prepare, even look forward to it! Good line, good call, Cox-Thanks for sharing this! 👊
Awesome steering. Way to hug the buoy line!
Got me really pumped for HOC next weekend. Good course work. But your guys killed it. Nice.
Rowing a single in a week. I will be hearing your voice when i race. My wife makes me close the door when i watch this. She is absolutely annoyed by your cadence call. 😂
Nice job steering and coaching Johnnie! Great video! Jim R
that weekes bridge turn hurt lmao
You have no idea what your 1 minute and 4 second video means to me and my family. On the morning of 3-7-2014 my mother passed away just northwest of the city and the first thing we saw out side her window was that beautiful sunrise. It was as if she was ascending into heaven before our eyes. Could you please tell me what time you took that video. Thank you.
I am sorry about the loss of your mother. I started taking pictures at approximately 6:00 a.m. and ended at approximately 7:30 a.m.
John Hill I appreciate the information. My mother passed just a few minutes before you started to film. My family and I were viewing the sunrise just as you began. Thank you for sharing your art.
