Never read this one, time to check out my library.

This is not one of his best plots. He is entrusted by all the big US organisations to find who they think may be an assassin just because he arrested him years before. When he got to England and became embroiled in a local gang I gave up and the plot was too meandering. Also I was bothered he killed a man and just shrugged it off.

To those complaining about ads, just get TH-cam premium, WELL worth it. Can even cut off your phone screen and still hear it, while saving battery and you have a dark screen.

Part of me wished this was turned into a multi part movie series. But another part of me has seen what Hollywood does to good stories so maybe it's best they leave this one alone.

I understand the Russians had been well prepared and had the initiative. So they should have early victories. Still, as a Westerner, it was sad to hear. I know it gets better later.

Jeff Harding IS the perfect voice for these series. No one else comes anywhere close to his talent for bringing the stories of Jack Reacher alive.
