@elizabethw.454 Yes, but you don't get much in the way of ground contact, and the amount of foam doesn't enable you to flex your foot. For walking, I'd rather the Asics Pulse or something from the Hoka line because of the way the foam displaces when you step on them,

@NebyFR great question. The Duramo Speed has a better midsole foam with Loghtstrike - it is more durable, more responsive, and you're able to run at different places comfortably

@NebyFR This is a great question, I haven't had a chance to run in the SL, but I have heard a lot of great things about it. From what I gather, the SL is an upgrade to the duramo. It has lightstrike pro in it, which is the marathon foam of in Adidas' super shoes combined with refular lightstrike So it should be more cushioned and a little more responsive than the duramo

the adizero SL1 is a brick. the duramo speed however is more like a brick++ 😂 it's much firmer than the SL1

@mahendraraghuvanshi8951 Great question, yes they are, the lightstrike foam is one of the best in the business. It's very responsive and gets better with time. The only complaint I usually have for most Adidas sneakers is how narrow the heel is. So if you have a wide heel or you land on your heel quite often, it may be problematic in that sense.

Definitely, better than anything Nike did for the Pegasus 41

@mahendraraghuvanshi8951 great question and thanks for asking. In order of preference: 1. Nike Streakfly (it's soft with ground contact. Perfect for lighter runners who, not the most durable because of the exposed foam, you'll get maybe 200 kms out of the shoes) 2. Adidas Takumi Sen (firmer than then the Streakfly, and very responsive, but it has a narrow heel) 3. New Balance Arishi (very similar to the Streakfly, a little more foam for cushioning) 4. Asics Novablast 3 (more cushioning than the Takumi Sen, similar in responsiveness, safest bet of all) 5. Nike Winflo 10 or Pegasus40 (for beginners and all terrain) 6. Altra Torin 6 for wide toe box 7. New Balance More v4 for max cushioning

I haven't tried the Pegasus Trail 5 yet, it's a nice looking shoe though

The fit is similar for both, I would see if Winflo has wide sizes because I found the fit to be snug

@harvey-jakepanao542 they are both good shoes but I prefer version 10. Nike added a score in version 11 that they have been adding to most of their shoes, which was unnecessary in the Winflo line of shoes. The shoe improved the InfinityRN, makes the Motiva bouncy, but makes version 11 just slightly unstable

It isn't. A more versatile shoe from Nike would be the Vomero 16 or the newly released Pegasus 41

If I had to choose between the two, it would be the Winflo 11 The Winflo 11 has a softer midsole foam, but the added foam from version 10 to 11 felt unstable to me. The Downshifter gives good rebounding, but it's hard to flex when going into your toe off. I prefer the Winflo 10 over both but the Vomero 16 over all Nike daily training shoes.

@@faithfmrunning-ts3lq Thank you! Have to replace Winflo 5s I used for a lot of walking and long periods of standing, and there aren't many stores here to try various brands, esp. for "true" walking/running shoes, to get the sizing right for online orders.

Which do you prefer between the jeruney run and the structure 25? I need good Arch support. A shoe that would keep my foot anatomically correct. Any other better alternative?

Of the two, the Revolution is slightly better. My safest recommendation is the Vomero 16
