Recently I had a purchase with wavehertz team for my ford aspire vehicle. I approach wavehertz as it's bit satisfying from the Google reviews and whike talking to them over phone before the purchase they were very responsive. I asked them clearly will it support steering control? They said yes with Canbus. They also added we have supplied this to 1000 of customers. Few days back I got my item delivered, first problem is the frame doesn't suit. When I asked about it, they said we have this is the only one in stock and for aspire we have no frame available in stock. Second problem is the system is not powering on. When i asked them their will be some issue with Canbus and finally after many follow ups asked me to send Canbus for the replacement. I got canbus replaced back and that also doesn't serve the purpose. Now when i approached them. They are saying we don't have suitable canbus for your vehicle buy it from some where else. As they problem is with them I asked them for the refund as it is of no use without the canbus and it was never powered on. But no response. I SUGGEST PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TYPE OF VENDORS LOOKING ONLY WITH THEIR TH-cam PROMOTIONAL VIDEOS OR GOOGLE REVIEWS AS YOU WILL END UP LOOSING MONEY.
