Great job, well explained
can I have the link to buy this? 13 getting into music production seriously and this looks awesome; you explained it very well too!
Very good explanation, thank you!
The man, the myth, the legend
how is the panning of the mics?
Needed some info about session mode, much appreciated!
Thank you very much for the quick and user friendly explaination.
Your voice is a magic sleep potion. I listen to this every day and sleep like a baby, although it is a very helpful tutorial.
Extremely helpful, thanks a lot. I have a begginer-question. How to link (for ex) "VERSE" to a specifical clips? Thank you
also a huge fan of this video. thanks
anyone know how to change the value that the pitch wheel moves by? mine was moving by a tone and started moving by an octave suddenly, and I'm trying to change it back
Dude you are doing something completely wrong if you have interviews like this and only get 42 views an episode. Make a new TH-cam account and re-upload you've clearly been blacklisted.
Is there some type of money laundering scheme how can this podcast even exist for this many years with no views.
Wow 36 views lmfao
Thank you!
Excellent tutorial. Thank you!!
this is the 'goto' manual for the MK3
Just spent 2hrs listening TH-cam tutorials on how to mic my upright better than what I have been doing so far in my studio (2 1960's Neumann/Gefell Omnis measurement mics) and this video is literally the only example that sounds good and the piano is in tune (sorta);)
Nice, that's what I've been doing too. You can and should also map not only the chain selector to the macro but also the on/off state of the instrument device to the same macro so that only one instrument can be activated at a time which will save Ableton CPU. If you're only using a few instruments, it should be no problem but this is a consideration for folks who might want to use a lot more instruments in their live set.
Wau, very good realistic sound! I recordet my piano on the 3 best microphone and sound is very very bad. I testing very position. Sound very bad. Hw = Scarlet Focusrite 18i202 and Cubase 13. 2x Audix A 131 ( 1 piece cca 500 $) and Lewitt MTP 940 CM (480 $) and for comparison no name microphone ( 20 $ !!!). All the recordings with better mics were very much the same as no name mics. So you use emulators, compressors, etc. with the help of UAD? Ahaaaa, that's it..... I have old UAD 2 - Quad Core, but I haven't used it yet. Please, is it possible for you to send me 30 seconds of recordings without emulator, compressor, etc., and 30 seconds with emulator, compressor, etc. (tracks recorded in cubase, ableton or wav). I am fro Czech. Translation 20% me and 80% google. Thanks you for your reply. (www.mystics.cz)🙂
This sounds amazing but I'm afraid I can't afford the $4k for all 4 mics. So let's say I'm just trying to casually record and want to buy only a single microphone. Would you recommend a single 452 b in the front or a single c414 in the back?
Women inspire the music. Men make the music. Tried and true method.
Bro in fl studio my midi keyboard 2 note are played in one note plzzz help me to fix
Thank you for having me Xylo! I had a blast :)
So refreshing hearing a women’s voice while digging through TH-cam for reviews
yes but how to simply scroll through vst instrument presets with midi keyboard, this is very interesting still...😅
For some reason the navigation (2.50) doesnt do anything for me
This showed up on my YTFP and I had no idea why. Thanks for the info!
Awesome! Very well explained! Thank you for actually going over the functions, rather than going into too much detail that is not really needed for a functionality video. You did a wonderful job! 2 thumbs way way up! 5 stars! 20 out of 10! Thank you again! For anyone who actually understands music on a basic level this is the best video I have found for the launchpad x!
thumbs up!
how do you go to preferences?
May it's just me but who can remember all of that? For the type of functions it has ATOM sq would be more appropriate for. Just seems to complicated, but I'm simple minded so...
Where abouts in the video does she do drum pads?😊
M.A.H. rules!
Thank you very much. It is awesome!
This was really well done. I was wondering about the device controls and you covered that proper! Thank you. Question: Is there a way to shift over so that the pots and faders control the next (and then next) tracks? Also: So the lock of the wet/dry. If you lock it, does that mean that that pot will always control the wet/dry on any track's reverb, even though we start on page 1? So whatever pot #7 used to do on page one of the reverb is now over-ridden? Thanks again!
thats amazing video, its covering all the things I needed to know, thank you supermuch for that
just got it working and was watching this video and i cant get the transpose buttons to work at all :( am on live 9 suite
Thank you so much for that!
4 years later and this video is still helping people. Thanks so much! Literally had no clue this thing could do so much
Thanks for the video! Can you explain me how to change the notes that the pads are sending? can I assign what ever note I want on the pads? thx!
This was a super thorough tutorial! Thank you so much!
does it require external speakers?
Yes, all midi controllers will need external speakers :)
@@XyloAria thanks for taking time to reply!
You are awesome!
Se nota tu acento de Inglaterra. Seguro estás más fuerte que aliento de perro. (That means that I love you) Greetings from Argentina :)
😂❤
Muchas gracias
great video :)
I knew Anne Hathaway can sing but I never knew she also played piano 😄 Looks and sounds just like her
great job explaining that, thank you!
