One good Rider season to start with is Kamen Rider W (Double, as how it was intended). Its a pretty nice season with 2-parters and a mix of light hearted slice of life stuff and detective/police crime fighting.

The game theme Kamen Rider is Kamen Rider Ex-aid. If you want to start Kamen Rider, Ex-aid would be a great one to start with. Other Kamen Rider series that I feel would be good to start with would be Kamen Rider Den-O, Build, Zero-one or Geats. Maybe you can also start with the current airing series, Kamen Rider Gavv. Doesn't matter which series you start with, all of them are great anyways and each one does cater to each person's preference. If you want to see the mature and more for adults Kamen Rider, there's Kamen Rider Amazons and Black Sun. Maybe do 2 episodes per video so that you can binge them much faster to see other Kamen Rider series after finishing one series.
