Good day Stacy, girl depression is real hun, sometimes we don't identify what we're going through as depression but from a professional stand point and when we do take the time to reflect and evaluate our mental health it's hard and we sometimes try to cover or push it aside to be "STRONG" especially when we have kids but it's real. As a pastor would say you must have the Bible in one hand and a Therapist in the other. Things and life can get so overwhelming and because we have persons that are depending on us, we tend to neglect ourselves. Girln I lost my daughter's father and my brother last year. Her dad was to come n be here with us in Canada and he was killed them 3 month after my eldest brother died, it was like I was drowning and nobody could help but thanks be to God he never let go of my hands and he knows the faith I have in him and the plans and promises over our lives. Jeremiah 29:11 I'm so happy to see and hear you're in a better place, Thanks be to God. This world and mankind can be so cruel but always put God first in everything you do.
