@ not sure if I will be able to do leg day tomorrow after the squats and lunges today so I might have to shuffle some of the videos around. Lol!
@@campinwiththeconfers I know the feeling! I find that arms are harder to do after the full body day. I used to do my workouts that way and it was brutal. Also, doing full body after arms is hard too. So full body, legs, arms, cardio and full body has been the best balance and rotation for me but please do whatever works for you! Finding a flow that keeps you doing it is key!
Two doctors, Dr Robert Cywes and Ken Berry both say, drink water only when thirsty, I'm confused!
Hi and thanks for your comment! There are some differing opinions on how much water people should drink. The problem with drinking only when thirsty is that brain often sends hunger signals to the body when it's actually dehydrated. If you're getting enough fluids through foods and non-caffeinated beverages then you may be able to follow that philosophy. However all my research says otherwise.
