Monsoons have been weird the last 5 years or so. They ha e been coming less and less over the years and they have been getting less powerful. I remember back in 03 they would roll in with insane winds and deadly lightning just everywhere and the lightning was nonstop almost like a strobe light and it was blood red sometimes. And the rain just came down. And this lasted all night nonstop. Now we get an hours worth of small pockets of rain and a bit of moderate lighting . This year we got a ratio of 2 nights of monsoons that I wouldn’t really even consider a monsoon because they were so weak and short lived.

We're not going to have a monsoon. I've been here 14 years and I can tell when mother nature is giving us the finger.
