How come you hate John Walker so much? Because when it comes to character excitement, for me personally it's 1) Sentry, 2) US Agent, 3) Winter Soldier and then the rest. To me John Walker was the absolutely best part about the Falcon & Winter Soldier show. There is a great video covering what John Walker fans like about that character called "The Sympathetic Strawman - How Marvel Accidentally Created One of the Best MCU Characters". I strongly recommend it. But not that I'm trying to show you the John Walker light. I'm just curious why people who don't like him, don't like him.

This is my most anticipated movie of 2025, as well! Yelena, Winter Soldier, and Red Guardian! Also, looks like Ghost is going to be a more rounded character with more to do! I love everything about this trailer. I've already taken the day off of work, so I can go see it on day one.

I’m ready for the dub to be out. I’m Not sure where the anime season ends yet as I’m a manga reader it’s interesting to compare. Won’t get into the details whatsoever, but I’m praying things are fleshed out more and they add more content but this show is very inspirational we will see more of these types of stories being made. I walked out of the theater beaming. I loved the movie. I'd heard some bad things before going but I didn't expect by how much everyone disliked it once I started looking at online discussion. It's like we watched different movies. To each his own, I guess. At first I didn't think a sequel was needed. But when the movie finally revealed it's core theme, I understood why it was made. In the first one Arthur felt invisible his whole life, until he got a "happy" ending when he got attention as Joker. So in this movie we get to see Arthur realize that nobody still cares about him. They only want the Joker that they've idealized in their heads already. Arthur was under Joker's shadow. Put that together with how Todd Phillips said he wanted to do a movie like Taxi, about a downtrodden nobody getting pushed to the extremes, but nobody would give him the time of day or fund his project. *Until he put Joker in the movie.* Now they paid attention. Now they funded him. So this character he had created was literally eclipsed by Joker. Nobody cares about what Phillips wants to make... they just want him to make Batman villain spinoffs. Everyone got an Arthur Fleck movie when they wanted a Joker movie, so Arthur is still invisible. Joker is too big. The idea of Joker will outlive Arthur.
