This is really helpful - thank you! My Miele has the same program and I thought it was a fault because the drum moved so little. One gentle turn every 3 minutes doesn't seem like very much, and I've found that if you put liquid detergent in a dosing ball in the drum it doesn't always disperse very well. I'll try using the dispenser drawer instead. In any case, you've saved me a call-out charge!

Dann kommst mal zu uns in die Schweiz. Gibt jetzt grad eine neue Generation Schulthess Waschmaschinen. Bin mit meiner auch zufrieden, vor allem wegen den schnellen Programmen (Einhaltung der Temperaturen) und Sauberkeit.
