Blessed Enchant Scroll misleading info and how it really works !!!
NCSoft knows how to make you busy in game, take your time and money and give you misleading information to waste all you hard work.
Do not use Blessed Enchant Scroll after +6 on weapon, game mechanic will never let you make +10 from +7 or +8.
From +9 to +10 your weapon have chance not disappear after fail !!!
