Damage from the palico meowcannon is based on the palico weapon. It is considered ranged damage so the fatalis weapon is the best for it. Other things that boost the damage is consumables used through wide range to buff your cat, demon ammo (guns) or hunting horn buffs, pallico rally skill, if the part being hit is tenderized, and if the monster is agitated for more damage.

It might not blind him but it does keep his attention. He has a tendency of walking backwards during the meowcanno the flash pods keep his attention so he doesn't step out of the way.

@troutfishing7775 yes that's what I record on. It honestly all about positioning and how he naturally sways some times the final hits will land on the legs and do nothing. I reset this run several times.

Oh hell that was a while ago lol I don't remember 😅. Been to busy IRL haven't had anytime to jump on anything lately.

Haven't been playing much lately I can jump some time and make a quick build video again in a few weeks maybe. Not much changed honestly

Was intentionally using dereliction and berserk together for the purpose of activating and maintaining adrenaline faster for the bigger boost. Wasn't using dereliction for the buff just to drain my health down faster XD

I eat for booster, marksman, adreline on elemental, temper, marksman, adreline on raw builds.

I'm still working though to update all my builds the qurio rolls have not been kind to me so far lol.

If you have a Risen chameleos with good restrictions its even faster.

Silver shooter is stronger, high clip size, more slots, better rampage slot, + long barrel critical fire makes it a beast. With ammo up 2 and spare shot 3 you shoot so much with a clip of 8 the fast reload doesn't even matter.

@TheMilkylegend not really dereliction + Strife is just so strong. The health drain isn't hard to manage with blood lust. Also why all my sets always have evade extender lvl 2 so you can stay out of range of all attacks in general. If you wanted a non health drain set I'd say blood awakening + furious+ conversion your final update comfy build will end up hitting around the same and a TU3 build. Dereliction + furious+ conversion + Strife will hit significantly harder.

@V-14- I got something similar to your augmented build but I have resentment lvl 2 instead of lvl 5, I have a choice of fitting in a absorbant jewel for low recoil or intrepid heart, is the difference between low and some recoil substantial?

@Jalen B yes its a massive difference, highest priority for any gun build is always low recoil, fastest reload

@V-14- Alright, and I guess for your HBG builds you just run the same thing except but an attack boost charm of some kind?

I think it's just from recording in 1080p I have absolutely no idea why they look so clean in the recording lol.

Well I'm at 1 health the entire run. But for casual play just slap in bloodlust

Lets you be closer / further from a monster and still maintain your critical distance. Since I am using the switch skill critical fire power which drastically reduces the range at which I am in critical distance by useing ballistics it helps by extending my distance back out so I don't have to literally be inside the monster to hit full damage lol.

Since I am using dango adrenaline I'm not using Bloodlust because it will heal me and I want to stay as close to 1 HP as possible. Dango adrenaline is giving me +140 raw (increase attack by 30%) so it's more beneficial to increase your affinity and have critical elements to boost the numbers even more.

@@v--14--for a normal build tho without the low health is bloodlust a good substitute for the might skillor do you feel like its a must have?

@Ghost for me when I'm not doing speed runs bloodlust is mandatory because of the affinty, the red health heal, and procing coalescence.

Got several high level anomaly on my channel under 5 mins from my switch runs I will be posting more anomaly 200 runs as I unlock them on PS5 though.

@@v--14-- yeah i see but i play on PS5. I am only on TU3 😕 I will use dragon conversion on TU4 for my LBG/HBG. But actually i can't speedrun anomaly quest under 5 minutes.

Only do no health for adrenaline for doing super serious speedruns. (All monsters) other wise when I'm just playing casual I run bloodlust to restore red health lost from dereliction and try avoiding getting hit lol.

@Ghost yes since it's a dango adreline run the amount of raw I get for being near 0 hp is so much that if you can add crit element and up your affinty it's more beneficial than stacking a small bit more raw.

Stacking damage over comfort. Inky comfort skill I have is evade extender everything is elemental damage ( strife dereliction elemental exploit burst etc.) And raw damage ( rapid fire up, attack boost, resentment, etc.)

@jodhi nagnikap it's coming atleast for the lbg build but I suck with video editing lol. So far for me he is such an intense fight I don't feel comfortable yet going heroics so I haven't got under 9 mins yet lol

Yes. Higher raw, requires less skills to hit 100% affinty so you can stack even more raw or comfort skills, has status ammo.
