well, i've seen about 3:37 minutes of video and i'm "annoyed" already enough to leave. a few tips tho: vanilla scrap mechanic never allowed you to have a button to interact with a different creation so "you can't put it on the ground anymore" isn't true, you couldn't ever.. vanilla pistons never worked unless you had a block attached to them. if you put a block on a piston that's pointing towards an already created wall it will not be attached. which is the issue you had with the door. the piston is not attached to the door itself bearings don't work like wheels. you need a rotating block such as a pipe (of any size) for them to act like wheels. bearings are just a connection that allows rotation.

I found my uncle in the closet.

The institute is the absolute best possible outcome for humanity in the entire fallout series and is the only reason i play 4. All you gotta do is become director with a good character and it doesnt take much to headcanon them into benevolence for their future.
