This is madness. I used to weigh over 86kg after I graduated in 2009. I'm now 70kg; near to becoming 69. It takes alot of physical workout and time to get used to burning the fat off the body system in time. It also depends on having, a combination of a healthy life style and good wellbeing. This Mother shows bad expression on how she treats herself and her family. This not the way to do things. She would need to look at herself in the mirrow seriously and think about what she is doing to her own body physically and mentally. Only then can she change and then become positive about things.
