Things that you have seen in the beginning, you can try easily using this one method, breaking everything is not quite possible then there will be no topic videos, so I recommend you to try the same technique for these all, if you want to create the layers one that is simple you have to place three shape layers in 3d plane which already tracked by 3d active camera tracker, then position, y axis scale anchor little bit to animate the Keyframe which gives you 3 layers merging effects then use hue saturation curves , master lightness to animate Keyframe of colors, for the street animation you need to create a separate line with glow effect , use mocha ae to track street carefully then place it graphics, animate it step counter then render.
