Singapore layover - 12 hours
Our quick, 12 hour layover in Singapore 🇸🇬 was worth it. We are definitely going back to spend more time (and 💵). It’s such a beautiful place. The hotel, Yotel Air, was right there in the airport just steps away from an upper deck view of the Changi Airport waterfall, called HSBC Rain Vortex. They do nightly shows with themed projections and music. Truly spectacular! While Singapore is not cheap, it is worth the splurge. We have so much more to see, but for this trip we only went downtown to China town for food and drinks. Most businesses were closed, but we managed a few gift shops and a few last calls.

We found a fun witch-themed restaurant in Hongdae Seoul, South Korea. The food was fun and delicious, the alcohol came in blood bags, and they had a selfie area where you could pose with Halloween props and costumes. Amazing find!!!

On our drive from Tulamben (scuba dive site in Bali) we saw an area along the road with wild monkeys. We stopped by and the locals gave us some fruit to feed them (we would not have fed them otherwise). What a fun sight to see! #beachlife #bali #indonesia #baliindonesia

We traveled to Rosario, Batangas Philippines to visit the family Sitio Putohan (Bakery). They make local steam rice cake varieties. The Batangas region is well known for this. Eating the deadly delicious puffer fish in Japan 🇯🇵 FUGU

We ordered a 6 course meal of everything fugu (puffer fish) while in Tokyo’s Shibuya district. We had it sashimi style, deep fried, grilled, hot pot, and desert (not fugu, lol). It was surprisingly delicious and not as expensive as we expected. A must try if you’re in Japan! Trust those chefs, they train for years to do it right. #fugu #japan #sushi #pufferfish

We visited the mameshiba (mini Shiba Inu) cafe and a cat cafe. You pay for 30 minutes and receive a coffee or tea drink and you get to interact with the animals. They also sell pet treats for an additional fee. Cool concept.

We drove from Mabalacat to Mt Pinatubo for a guided hike. We drove up the day before and stayed overnight, beginning our journey with the guides at 5:30 am. They drove us across river beds in a Land Cruiser and that was an adventure all of its own! We then hiked 4 miles in to the crater. It was not a difficult hike as it was mostly flat, but we did have multiple river crossings and the terrain ...

Sugbo Mercado offers a variety of food and drink vendors nightly. They have options such as lechon, seafood, ramen, tacos, and much more. We had lechon, takoyaki, squid, and shrimp. DELISH!!!

Just came across your video and great job on the rennovation. My questions would be what paint did you use for your cabniets , and what type of paint was used for your walls?
Hi, thanks for watching 😁 We used Beyond Paint from Amazon. It’s expensive but no need to sand, base coat, or seal. I did put minimal seal on the cabinets for extra protection against scratches. I used the same brand of paint on the walls and floor (I definitely sealed the floor).
This in Southern Cebu?
Yes, there were a few nice waterfalls in Southern Cebu to hike with a guide, but this one was my favorite because we could cliff dive. The guides are so much fun.

theres a smooth drinks on the right east end of it, should have drinks for P100+ you should buy the choco banana one, its my favorite.
Thanks for the recommendation! We had a few smoothies and they were fresh and delicious. Loved the maringa tea, not sweet which I prefer. It’s hard to get anything unsweetened here 😅

Thank you for your comment. We bought the bathroom faucet at Home Depot. It’s not made for an RV so it’s a bit heavier than it should be, but it was the only one we could find that would fit. We had to use an RV specific shower head, though, due to the water pressure. Our kitchen faucet is also an RV specific one we purchased online.

Cudos for your renovation looks so homey you put in so much work and so many good ideas. We also have a Montara (Monty) 1995 23 foot that we made some updates to . Cute dog he is so lucky to have people that love and take him along. Enjoy camping.

If you dont mind me asking roughly how much to the renovation cost.
That is a great question and the answer is that I am terrible at keeping track of those things. But here is a rough breakdown: Paint/Brushes = $200 Wall tiles/paper = $80 Faucets = $100 Contact paper for counters = $150-$200 Fabric for slipcovers = $100 Blinds = $200 So we are maybe talking around $1000 for aethetics. We also replaced the tires for around $1200 and did some wiring/engine work that was pretty minimal. I did most of my shopping on Amazon, Home Depot, and on-line RV supply sites.
