I've got the same sort of problem losing power won't go up hills but when I start it the glow plugs light goes off then when I'm driving it loses power and comes on is this the same problem

Useless video, how about draining, disconnecting fill/vent pipe?

That part is the MAP sensor Manifold air pressure sensor, the one next to it it the turbo boost solenoid

he broke it at the end, then ended the video
