XUV3X0 suspension is stiff compared to XUV400. XUV400 is good for bad roads in city and is not good for high speeds due to soft response.

It's better to avoid Mahindra and TATA. I recommend to prefer Hyundai, Volkwagen and Skoda for best overall experience from purchase to resale.

Had same experience with Mahindra 3XO booking AX5 variant. Booked AX5 in may 19, waited upto September and cancelled the booking. Showroom guys has no idea when it will come.

I think they taking money and rotating and investing some places 😢😂

Bro, had a similar experience with Anant cars. No proactive response from the dealer executives even after multiple showroom visits. Waited for 3 months and still no certainty on the delivery. Checked the Curvv in September and everyone liked it, booked it and took delivery in October last week. Everything is superior to 3XO except engine power and performance. Since I am a first time driver, am ok with it. Overall I loved it. As u said, the dealer was not worried about cancellation, but I received my refund swiftly just by email accompanied by a cancelled cheque.

At Mahindra showrooms, there seems to be some questionable practices happening: 1. Artificial demand is being created for the base variant, suggesting limited availability. 2. Customers are being pressured to make payments before the car even arrives at the showroom. If a customer refuses to pay before the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), the showroom may assign the vehicle to another buyer who is willing to pay extra.

I had vood experience with mahindra showroom, they were polite, i booked 3xo ax5 and within 20 days i got a call that car is available. I cancelled it and took maruti brezza. Reason for cancellation is ther service and issues with gear box and infotainment

You missed to go consumer court, the dealer ship may get cancelled due to negligence. The same happened to Uppal Harsha Toyota and it is permanently shutdown.

I booked AX5L in last week of Aug. Even after 9 weeks of waiting, no sound from the manufacturer. Decided to cancel and now booked XUV400 El pro. Expecting delivery in 1 or 2 days. We do a lot of analysis before selecting a brand and variant, manufacturer should not take its customers for granted. Disappointed but convinced myself. Preparing the home to welcome new beast ❤
