The views are amazing but we missed the apartment. We need a professional video.
And the views to SLU are gonna be gone. there are two twin towers on 1200 Stewart (Stewart and Denny) that are going up and are at full height now in Jan/2023. (You can see them going up in this video at 4:24) So the great view north to SLU will be gone. I live in the REN which is the building at 3:08. Much nicer space in the REN than this for my corner 1 bedroom, 810sf. Rents are steep up here though. you're talking over 3 grand. Plus this building has no balcony.......

Why would Black Knight paint the data so disparate between the GFC and now? Because they are a subsidiary who benefits from the constant flow of mortgage originations and higher home prices. The bigger question for today is risk appetite by lenders. With 20% down and a 720 score as the new minimum requirements by bank lenders, the buyer pool is shrinking. Not many agents want to talk about this. It’s going to take some time for agents to admit the housing market is tanking. Maybe they will after things go on the uptrend years from now. That is definitely a similarity between the last crash and this one.
