Do you have any regional markets in Texas or the Southwest?

I recently purchased and received my Flexsteel Henry leather recliner. I was not home when it was delivered, but there was someone there so that my recliner could be delivered and setup. When I got home later that day I went to try out and relax on my new recliner. First thing that was obvious to me, is that the backrest is not even. One side is at least 1" rather back than the other side, creating a backrest that is not flat and even. I thought that maybe the delivery people didn't install the backrest correctly. So, I removed the backrest to check it and reinstall it, thinking it might been installed incorrectly causing the misalignment. Unfortunately, the backrest was installed properly, and the problem is caused by something else. I called the furniture store that I bought the chair from and spoke to one of their repair technicians. I explained what the issue was, hoping he would tell me how to fix, adjust, the backrest so that the it sits evenly and not at a slight angle. To my surprise, he said that that issue/problem is quite common with Flexsteel recliners, and there is no fix or adjustment to correct it. Why, I asked? He said that that's how Flexsteel manufactures and assembles their recliners, often the recliners have a misaligned, uneven, backrest. He also told me that furniture store owners and repair techs have voiced their concerns to Flexsteel, asking them to do better and correct this flaw. Unfortunately, Flexsteel continues to produce recliners with that KNOWN flaw, and they have done nothing to address that problem and correct it. Had I known that this flaw is common, and the my recliner could have this problem, I would have either not purchased a Flexsteel recliner, or I would have stipulated to the store that if my recliner came with this flaw, then they would have to order a new one, until I received a recliner that has a properly manufactured, and aligned with an even and level backrest. This flaw is absolutely unacceptable for a recliner that costs $2000+, depending on where a person buys it from. I've tried to contact Flexsteel, but there isn't a phone number to call, nor an email by which to communicate with Flexsteel. I was only able to post a question on the Flexsteel website. The response I received did not address the recliner's problem. The reply said that I should contact the furniture store where I purchased the recliner. I have, and nothing can be done by them, and Flexsteel doesn't even want to communicate with their customers to help out. Very, very disappointing, especially for a American manufacturer.

It has long been agreed that compensation, assuming it is within the appropriate range for the specific job, is not a motivator, nor are benefits or perks. Once they begin, they quickly become taken for granted. No research shows any meaningful change in business metrics from any of the traditional employee engagement approaches. The problem is that neither the EE/EX services vendors nor HR has almost no influence over disinterested leadership. No one is basing fees on the business benefits of their services, a pretty clear indicator of the questionable value.

Currently I'm running a wisa 5.1.2 system with klipsch(5.1) and .2 atmos (lithe). Very pleased with the system. My only want would be to be able to run a 5.2.2 system. My one klipsch subwoofer is not giving that drive that I want for movies. When will I be able to add a second subwoofer to my current system?

To be honest neither of you are telling us why Podium is any different from any other web chat except for the shopping cart. But I hear more about reviews than the shopping cart but I don't get the tie-in because you are not making it clear. Yet, you are just talking to each other without getting to the BIG IDEA here. You should nail it right at top of this video.
