The reason for this might be in the trigger, air valve needle, and the air valve packing nut. So there are three solutions for you. 1. Nozzle not screwed on tight enough
Hi Erikis, thanks for your comment. Yes, you are right, it's the one of reasons for the fluttering. And there are other reasons that might be caused. 1. The nozzle of the spray gun is loose. 2. The plastic part behind the nozzle is deformed. 3. The air distribution ring(Air diffusor) is not in place or is damaged. 4. The fluid packing nut is loose or damaged.

Hi White, I think there is no need to spray a clear coat with this. As you saw the 2k paint, this is high-temperature special paint. Without a clear coat, it can be resistant to 400 degrees.

Hi Eric, sorry, I'm not very clearly for what you mean. It's our regular guns, sold in the market for a long time. Before selling, we have finished all factory tests.

Hi Eric, it's not all. Only for the EFC series automotive spray gun, we designed fan adj. on the side, the others are as normal.
Been spraying water base for years find it a lot easier to work with

Hi Eric, I'm so so sorry, I haven't received your comments. We don't have LVLP type of spray guns. The air inlet pressure of most guns is 2.0-2.2bar. Are you looking for these guns?
