You can do factory reset from Oculus mobile app as well by going to Devices -> Advanced Settings -> Factory Reset assuming your Oculus mobile app is getting connected with headset.

snap just had to factory reset. lost my walking dead files. you have to power and volume from off state.

just had the same thing happen to me tried everything but had to opt to holding down the power and volume down button and factory reset. You can redownload all your games but will lose your save files.

like you have driver combos, break, topple, launch smash, you have driver arts and auto attack, blade arts, blade specials up to lvl 4, and blade specials chain into blade combos lvls 1-3, then you have elemental orbs, chain attacks with the elemental orbs to smash to extend the chain attack another turn, elemental weaknesses for said elemental orbs for smashing em, etc. you see? there's alot more to the combat than just the auto attack driver arts and blade specials but you don't know that because you don't know all the mechanics, so yeah, watch enel's videos on it.

the youtuber enel is an expert on everything xenoblade and has a boatload of detailed tutorials on how to play xenoblade 2, has one on the combat system, how to use every blade to the fullest, etc, he covers everything and he doesn't ramble or get confusing like all these other youtubers. he's like the flagship xenoblade 2 expert and speed runner and even makes speed run videos of xenoblade 2's challenge mode on bringer of chaos difficulty. I recommend watching his videos so you can get better at the game and learn the combat properly so you can better enjoy it, once learning the combat it becomes very addicting with how complex and unique it is when fully utilized. and enemies that were slow to kill before when mastering the mechanics will die instantly and you can even do whats called an overkill during a chain attack and the more damage you deal during an overkill the better rewards and more exp you get. so anyways watch enel's videos, don't give up on the game just yet. I'm not saying you have to get as good as him to where you speedrun nah, I just play it my own way and have fun with it, but the combat mechanics are hard to explain unless you watch his video, but its easy to master once you know everything.

also xenoblade 1 is good too. and the problem is you're judging both games by just the first few hrs, thats not how xenoblade 1 and 2 work, they trick you into thinking the game is just that simple story it starts out with, thinking its just like final fantasy, then it goes full on scifi and hero vs evil god stuff and giant mechs.

xenoblade 2 is very good but its tutorials suck and alot of the combat mechanics are locked through story progression, and the story starts slow for the first few chapters, chapters 7 onwards are nuts and throw you for a loop. also xenoblade 2 is connected to xenoblade 1 but at the same time they are standalone games, you'll see if you play to the end. also there is custom difficulty settings, you can change the difficulty from easier than easy to harder than bringer of chaos mode, there isn't just the average game's difficulty settings, there is that and custom settings. you can weaken the enemies' health and debuffs and etc. it isn't as hard as you're making it out to be. if anything its easier than final fantasy. you probably haven't checked all the settings of the game, just like everyone else who judges the game like you are.

Easy decision. Do you have a VR-ready PC and mostly play games at home? GET THE RIFT S. If you do not have a VR-ready PC or don't have a VR-ready PC at all, then GET THE QUEST. Lets be honest, everyone is at home right now for the foreseeable future. Do yourself a huge favor and build a badass PC ($800+). PCVR is where gaming is at it's best right now. Quest is cool for travel and short gaming sessions less than an hour. It's not a good option for VR gaming, do not let people convince you otherwise. It's a glorified gameboy. Rift S is the way to go if you can't afford the Valve Index or HP Reverb G2. If you have any questions, ask away, I've owned pretty much every VR kit that has come out and have been involved with VR hardware since DK.

I just got the quest a few days ago and I love it!!! Trust me having the freedom is worth it all

Only gaming laptops can do PCVR, also you can use the Oculus Quest like a Rift S with Oculus Link
