Se que lo haces o lo intentas hacer lo mejor que puedes, pero no hay quien vea un video en el que la imagen se mueve continuamente y que no tiene profundidad ninguna, y llega un momento en el que no se sabe ni en qué parte del coche estás, es un efecto mareante. Ánimo y trata de mejorar estas cosas, seguro te verá más gente

Depende del lugar que lo compres, yo lo compré por internet en 100 dls. La ventaja que no hay que soldar nada, es puro tornillo.

Es una pregunta muy abstracta, podrías ser más explicito en cuanto a la reaccion del motor o del carro? Si bien el catalizador tapado no deja que desarrolle al 100% el motor también puede ser la transmisión que patine.
Cómo se llama en ingles esa herramienta? Que recomiendas. Gracias y buen video

Todos tienen la misma función pero están hechos con dimensiones diferentes para cada uso, si lo encuentras igual all tuyo, con los mismo sensores de oxígeno, lo puedes adaptar a tu auto.
Que pasa si le quitas el catalizador ?

Todo depende de los síntomas del vehículo, la forma más fácil de saber si lo necesitas es verlo en la ascuridad, se pone rojo, pero no siempre es el problema, en el caso del Passat el problema no es el catalizador sino la mezcla de gasolina y aire que el motor expulsa. El catalizador quema el exceso de humos contaminantes.

Es importante por que quema las impuresas en el humo y el sensor le manda informacion a la computadora para que regule el aire y gasolina. El catalizador se tapa por demasiados contaminantes y es por eso que hay que cambiarlo. La forma mas facil de saber si esta tapado es en la noche despues de apagarlo, se ve al rojo vivo. Aunque en mi caso, lo cambié y siguió igual (se pone al rojo vivo aun el nuevo que instalé) y supongo que esta pasando demasiada gasolina.

These are quick connect not disconnect... when they leak they r don... They r held in by a plastic ring, if it's leaking then the seal is bad and needs replacement... don't cut it... heat up the line connector with Propane and melt plastic ring slide out the line clean line with steel wool....use new line conector

They make a quick disconnect tool specifically for transmission lines. It works just fine
Maybe for you but mine are slightly rusted spin on the line just fine but that tool absolutely does not work all the time! Broke 2 of them now and searching for alternative ways to remove them, and no I don’t want to replace the damn line!
@@dustinmann7031 I drank the Kool-Aid and bought the special tools, too. That idea was as bad as Jonestown. So instead, I used two tiny flat-head screwdrivers & disconnected the line within a few seconds. The "special" tools are a very bad design, no matter the company they come from. Two tiny screwdrivers did the job, like I said, in a few seconds. I returned the "special" tools, btw.
A lot of us are dealing with yet another ford design flaw... don’t bother with the transmission disconnect tool, just cut the lines and replace the two $30 couplers ($60) along with the $25 line... Ford’s corrosion issues are going to cost you plenty if you want a repair that isn’t rigged to death... they are engineered for $ervice dollars.... $2500 to change spark plugs on a F150 because the threads are too long, get filled with carbon and won’t come out? I mean really? My next vehicle with be foreign made, neither GM nor Ford can build quality anymore...

They make a tool for that, AC/fuel line disconnect kit. take like 20 seconds tops if you know how to use them.
Malachi Miller you’ve obviously never actually done on it a real vehicle, trust me there are plenty of us with this issue... the metallurgy is garbage is carbon steel with zero nickel content that’s designed to be expensive to repair, the corrosion on some vehicles is horrendous... it’s made from cheaper steel than even the Chinese use...

Videos like this is why not everyone should be on you tube. All you need is Google "Ford transmission line tool" and you will be presented with hundreds of tools that can do this in a couple of seconds
Actually not. The Ford Service Manual in my case (Ford Edge) is incorrect. While it specifies a "transmission line disconnect tool" it works for all of the transmission oil lines except ONE which is different (it is as shown in this video). The FSM, however, still specifies the disconnect tool for this connection but _it is wrong_. I have not successfully gotten a fitting like this apart. I have tried half a dozen of "disconnect" tools for trans oil lines. They DO NOT work for this type of connection.
those tools do not work. i have used 3 without success.
The FSM is wrong. This particular fitting cannot be taken apart without destroying it. All of the other transmission line fittings CAN be disconnected but not THIS one. You might try removing the plug part out of the radiator (after you disconnect the other end). I did not try this but I think the "plug" bit will screw out of the radiator. Or... cut it like this guy and spring for a new one.
