I've seen so many playthrough vids of this game with Carol; its hard to find one that she uses the Powerup Start item for all the stages, bosses, and challenges. Although, this can only be achieved on your second playthrough as the item can only be unlocked at A) a HUB area after completing the first three story arcs of this game, or B) just finish the Tidal Gate stage. =)

Reminder that "at" in English is multi-purpose, If it refers to a time it's translated as "om" (because time is continuous) While locations are defined based on where you wil be in relation to said location (when in doubt use "op" or "in")

"Voorzichtig" is a compound word with a suffix, "Voorzicht" = (be)fore + sight = foresight With the suffix "-ig"/"-tig" which is short for "achtig" which is "-ly" in English. So "voorzichtig" means "foresightly" meaning "with foresight" meaning "carefully". Edit: Voorzicht isn't really used anymore, but voorzichtig is very common.

The reason "hierbij" and a lot of similar compound words are difficult to understand is because you are translating random phrases. "hierbij" is a word defined by the context provided by a previous statement, Without that context the translation is gonna be incorrect, As English often cannot accommodate the implied context in a single sentence. If you were to translate DuoLingus translation back into Dutch you'd have a completely different sentence. Normally the way you'd teach this is by including the context as a leading sentence or compound sentence. Something like: "Heb je hierbij nog hulp nodig? Ik wil je graag hiermee helpen." Or "Wij gaan zometeen een kampvuur maken, raak hierbij het brandende hout niet aan." Which I'm sure you can figure out the meaning of If you put your mind to it, But if not feel free to ask for help.

"Door" means through, So if you move "onder ___" you stop moving once you're under it, While if you move "onder ___ door” you move under it and through to the other side. The one exception being when moving through something as you have to differentiate whether you move through the space ("door ___") or through the object ("door ____ heen”)

There are a bunch of variants like this that all use different timescales or signifiers, Tho Duo probably isn't gonna teach you the universally applicable once, Since those are informal greetings and Duolingus doesn't use informal phrases, even if they are easier to use.

I wouldn't use "especially very" in any sentence, Let alone that I would translate it that way. "Zij heeft vooral veel dorst." depending on context either means "She is mostly just very thirsty." or "Her especially, she is very thirsty"

"Meteen" and "onmiddelijk" are like "right away" and "immediately" it's hard to pin down the difference, They just are subtly different.

No offence but your pronunciation of "de zee kunnen zien" is pretty bad, At least compared to how you pronounce most other sentences. Just pronounce "zee" as in Zae And kunnen as in cunning.

For "wilt u de bon hebben?" your initial guess of "wil je de bon?" was correct, I don't think DuoLingo would mark it as correct, But "wil jullie de bon hebben?" just was gramatically incorrect, jullie is always plural, so it's "willen jullie de bon hebben?"
