Thanks for the video suggestion David! I would add a Google sheets module/CRM module at the end of the workflow that updates the lead status to "Called". This way, only those leads that haven't been called receive a phone call

@@DavidJonathan10 in this example its batched, but you can set it up where Leads automatically dripping into Google sheets -> trigger automation when lead is added

Theres tons of good options out there, but by leveraging make.com, I'm able to build & create custom integrations into other platforms. For example, if someone is interested in buying a house, "a real estate bot, the bot can trigger a custom function to call zillow based on the requirements the user gave and send that information to them and a sales rep.
