Whiskey Barbecue Sauce 50mls tomato ketchup 50mls barbecue sauce 1 shot whiskey 30g butter 10g honey Splash of Tabasco sauce to taste Place the ketchup, barbecue sauce, honey and whiskey in a small pot and warm, when it reaches simmering point, whisk in the butter, you can then season with salt and Tabasco.

Don’t like it… love John stone beef!
Love John Stone beef products. By far the best beef you can get in Ireland. Love the diamond cuts in the fat idea. I usually Sous Vide this exact cut at 54c for 3 hours, followed by brief ice bath (still vac wrapped) and then sear for 2 mins either side on cast iron in BBQ (pre heated to 300c)
