Stock price falling for ncb as of theft being so commonly associated... 100% profit and zero control on customers losing their funds is not attractive. Pay attention to the complaints of your customers. Its customers not being told correct information when they experience a loss and how they get handled while inside the bank (kicked out for raising their voice about being told their own money is gone). Being removed fron the bank after finding out your funds have depleted for inactivity or stolen from your account instead of how the issue will be resolved is madness. Then seeing on local news channels that the MANAGER STOLE MILLIONS BUT ONLY GETS LOCKED AWAY FOR 2 YEARS is a big sloppy spit in the face of customers. There is so much the bank can do to repair the relationship with customers but its as if some of the branches dont care. Besides theft no one likes to sit in the bank all day to resolve an issue, Mr Chin you dont even sit in traffic to go anywhere. These are obvious issues. I wasnt surprised at persons taking advantage of Uber but im sure it did not feel good finding out that people knew and kept silent, that was a consequence of how your customers got mistreated openly. Look at the view count of this video, people may not be financially smart nor interested but the few viewers are, and they can change perspectives of the so-called illiterate. Simple changes can cause drastic improvements, a panel of men that are not too far aged should comprehend exactly what this rant is saying.
