I've never played marvel snap before so i'm not sure how fast paced it is. That being said, as a mtg player loki's effect looks really good, or at least situationally good. I think the question comes down to is it worth wasting your first 3 turns to play with a strictly better version of your opponents deck for the rest of the game.

A weird thing happened. I tried this deck with a different variation and won against top decks. I have to be sure if its luck or this kind of strategy rocks in current meta.

Thanks for your fun video been watching since a few days and gone through your catalog. Just wanted to hop in and say I appreciate the cannonball explanation. I used to play daily and was almost series 4/5 complete but gave up, just got busy with other things so hopping back in and seeing so many new cards it’s been hard to get a grasp on the new meta. One suggestion; I would like to see is a meta breaker. I had a deck that consisted of cards that would counter all the situations encountered and it was super fun. Enchantress; cosmo; Shang chi.
