Idk why people say the MT07 can’t handle the highway lmao. Clearly it’s more than capable. I think most people who say it can’t are on 600cc and up motorcycles that can shoot down the highway over 160+ mph. I’m good on that.

I have a 2016 S1000rr and One day I was hanging out with some people, we all decided to leave but didn’t know it was raining till I went outside, I decided to wait a bit but then 3 hours went by and it was still raining a lot! till i thought to myself, bro its just water, i got decent tires that can drive nice on water like road gt 6, Clothes can just be washed and everything else can be dried off, honestly it wasn’t the longest ride but I enjoyed it, wasn’t scared as long as I was respecting the bike and being responsible, it felt so good since Its usually hot out here and besides that the bike gets very hot on your thighs, so with the thunderstorm it was all cold and you feel “comfortable” in a way since it’s raining and you’re all soaking wet but inside the helmet its so calm since I got a cardo so i’m just vibing and driving slow, the good part is that I don’t usually enjoy the music on the bike since i’m always speeding and i’m focused on the road, but this time was nice, all the others bikers were taking shelter under a bridge and when they saw me go through so calmly they were probably thinking “what is this man doing”. I definitely enjoyed it but its probably once in a while that you get to enjoy those situations since most of the time you probably want to enjoy the bike driving how you’re supposed to and not going at a scooters pace
