This is hands down the best on-the-go light I’ve come across for cinematic video work. The Molus X60 by Zhiyun has been a blast to use and has quickly become a staple in my gear bag. The design is awesome-it actually reminds me of a camera, making it easy to tuck into any spot. It’s RGB, has some cool effects, and being battery-operated means I can bring it anywhere without worrying about power. With 60W of power, it packs a serious punch. I took it out with a friend around Chicago, aiming for some cinematic vibes. We wandered the city and even shot a few scenes at my friend's apartment. I was blown away by how easy it was to achieve cinematic results. This is not sponsored-just genuinely impressed. Most of my videos on my channel are shot with my iPhone 15 Pro Max, but this time I used my Sony a7R III. It’s not the best for video, but it’s a fun camera. I’m putting together a more detailed video to dive deeper into what this light can really do for cinematography.
