Make sure your oven tray and oil are very hot before adding the Yorkshire pudding batter to the tray. Keep the batter chilled in the fridge before adding to the tray. Leave enough room in the oven for the Yorkshire pudding to rise! Ingredients for 4 people: For the sl...

Chicken in Red Wine with mini roast potatoes and broccoli 🍗
You need to rest the beef before slicing
Horseradish sauce with Beef mint with lamb apple with pork. Good effort tho.
I put my veg in with the meat in the slow cooker, then post some of the potatoes out and put them in the oven how to make roasters but I like lots of vegetables with mine
The main good thing about slow cookers, is that they only cost about 5p an hour to run (A hell of a lot less than a gas or electric full size cooker)!
Your cooking is so cozy to watch 😘
Great channel keep going 👏
Nice meals
Hi Clare. You popped up on my YT page about a week ago. Have Liked and Subscribed. It’s so nice to see your subscribers increasing. My husband does our cooking as I’m unable to due to Cerebral Palsy. I’ve loved watching you cook. Sending Get Well wishes to your wife. Angel from Bristol. 😊🇬🇧
Hi Clare....well I think your amazing...I hope Eryl is really on the mend now.....I'm loving your cooking and you seem a lovely person and Eryl is very lucky to have you...well you both are lucky to have eachother ❤❤❤
Hi Clare,I love your cooking videos, you are so down to earth and lovely, give my best wishes to Eryl hope she has a complete and speedy recovery ❤❤❤
Just a little observation.. Noticed you seem to use red onions most the time. Do you prefer them over brown onions x
Speedy recovery to your wife clare 🙏 just found your channel it's great ,get the ad's in like the rest of em 😀 lots of love to you both 😘
Love me a bagel x
Hi Clare, I’m a new subscriber that’s loving your down to earth personality and caring nature. And the fact that you cook proper meals from scratch is so important these days. The cost of living crisis is making it more apparent that people need to get in the kitchen and have a go. Like you said, even if people start with the easiest of meals, at least it’s better than junk food or expensive takeaways. People shouldn’t be scared of getting in the kitchen and making the effort to make something….anything! Hope your missus makes a full recovery and she’s very lucky having someone like you to look after her. All the best luvvy and good luck with the channel. Unfortunately along with the encouragement, you are going to get tonnes of negative comments from keyboard warriors and you need to just try to ignore all the morons🌷
Going through something similar to Eryl with a leg injury. Rehabilitation has been slow. I feel her pain. Hope your wife recovers soon. Nice channel for foodies 👍🙂
You keep on cooking Clare. It is true what you say you've got to have a decent meal inside you every day. So glad I came across your channel. ❤
Also your smile is infectious x
Enjoying your channel, hope you recover quickly Eryl. Take care both of you. 😍👍🎃🍁
Clare I am so sorry to hear about your wife.. sounds so awful. I wish her a full speedy recovery. Really been enjoying watching your vids so thankyou. Lots of love x
That poor crucified piece of meat. RIP 🐂.
Didn’t wash or season the chicken at all .
Can I ask where you’re from? I noticed a few Scottish lables on some of the food but you don’t sound Scottish at all you sound English so I was a bit confused as to where you are? I’m a new viewer so I’m sorry if you’ve explained this before.
I'm English born but lived most of my life in Scotland
Clare I am 69 and I think you are doing a great job with your cooking. I am new to your channel and have now watched lots of your cooking videos. You are also giving me cooking ideas. Just ignore nasty comments. It is happening to lots of other people on their channels too. You take care ❤
Looks lovely Clare. x
Don't listen to the negative comments your doing a great job Claire and I'm for one love watching your cooking as it's simple and delicious ! 😎 🏴.
Thanks Craig 😊
Looks delicious thanks for sharing 👍
That meal looks great. I add salt, garlic powder, black pepper, to the beef while I cook it. Really pumps up the flavor of the meat.
Mmmm sounds lovely.
First time I’ve come across you today, did you realise that you can also do bacon and eggs In your slow cooker plus cakes, I love my slow cookers
I didn't know that! I will give it a try some time
Don’t change your style of cooking because it changes who you are as a presenter, rude comments need to go to the rude bin
what a shame ... that is not how to cook pasta
I've always cooked my pasta in boiling water and never had any complaints
Nothing wrong with it! How do you cook your pasta Ms. Ramsey!??
Hi Clare new sub really liking your channel x
G'day from Melbourne Australia..how ya going?!..regards Karolyn Melbourne
G'day! I'm good thanks, hope you have a lovely evening/day
Not won’t be on facebook anymore again 💚💚💚
I doubt it, very occasionally to promote our new music
Wow! Frozen mince, 😢 Never peeled mushrooms??? Wtaf? Bolognese? It is absolutely not! Bolognese is carrot, onion, celery base, mince and pasata simple! 😮 Word of advice! Add the spice at the start if you’re spicing the meat 😅 Adding sugar😮 Tomatoe pure 😢 At this point it looks like catfood… yes you need water…. Cooking time😮 real bolognese is at least 3 hours! ( you have a slow cooker that would make it quicker) Yes it’s cheap , Simple Mediterranean food… Adding tap water at the end???😮 Please no!!!! 100 grams of pasta per person is enough !!!! Yip grated cheese on top, more fat 😢 Dear god! 😮 That could feed 4 people!! Buone appetito ❤
Get a load of the keyboard chef over here
No I defrosted the mince before cooking. I would never cook frozen meat! Adding a little water prevents the sauce drying up completely...each to their own. And yes 100g of pasta per person is about right, but this depends on each individuals needs and wants. We are all different after all.
Wow! What a sanctimonious sod you are!! There’s nothing wrong with this good home cooking!
there is no way that would give me 4 servings, i would be lucky to et two servings from that amount.....
Yes what I cooked here is for 2 people. You would need to double it for 4.
Hi Clare, this is one of my favourite foods, love pasta.😊
Nice, do you like homemade lasagne and pizza? ❤
Yes! Love those dishes too
Not for me !!! I like my beef medium rare. I like to make my own gravy too,I hate gravy granules!!!
Hi Claire please and thank you can you please do a stew in slow cooker or a school dinner that you liked 👍
Loved your video. Mum you make jam just like me. Inspired me to make some jam myself. I don't have a dishwasher so i sterilise the jars in the oven and fill the jars when they are hot.
Thanks for the tip!
It looks really delicious 😋. Thanks for sharing. You have a new sub xx

Great video, that toast and jelly had my mouth watering 😊
Thanks Shirley! It tasted delicious, I've been putting some of that jelly in my porridge and it's gorgeous. Makes it go a purple colour! Hope you are keeping well ❤️❤️
Did u know that ur supposed to wash ur vegetables b4 u chop them up and that includes potatoes
Never wash mushrooms, they absorb too much water.
What utter rubbish! Yes rinse off the starch but why wash something that you have peeled!??
Love it thank you definitely delicious 😋
Don’t change for the Karen’s in the comments! Looks delicious 😋
That chicken is going to be really dry... You should of let it rest for 10/15 mins it would of been more juicy... Just saying for a friend 😂😂
Absolute pleasure watching your down to earth approach. The final result looks amazing, I learnt a lot as well.❤❤❤
What is this channel even about?
Hi clare. Im not sure why you appeared in my algorithm on YT as Im a vegetarian and not particularly fond of cooking either. That said I love watching your videos 😊 Thanks for letting me inside your kitchen. Love to you and your wife (you spoil her 🤣)
