If you knew beforehand that the person running the asessment was only interested in making sure you didnt qualify for this benefit you wouldn't agree to attend such a meeting. The reason the conservative party wanted things done this way is that anyone who isnt wealthy is worthless, and they only want whats best for the wealthy. You are seen as a burden, written off. These people who own everything and probably never worked a day in their lives look down on working people, and certainly wouldnt ever admit a commoner to "the club" and for the past 14 years thats whos been running the show.

The best thing is to be a lazy non working bar steward not do a hands turn claim everything you can then you get the last laugh when you are sat in your chair next to a mug who had worked and paid taxes and scraped and saved to get on the property ladder , that person will be getting milked dry every week financially and getting gruel type meals every day. UK is twisted.

They don't need to listen to what you say, the guy who assessed me nearly wet himself when I asked if I got a copy of his assessment from him or the main office, when I actually got it I found out why, he had lied about pretty much everything and had not reported one word of what I said, I've given up trying, I was nearly a year getting that far, and my mental health was suffering.....

Thank you for your help. I got zero for everything I my assessment, but standard in my tribunal, now doing a review and can see I should be on enchanced, will probably have to go to tribunal for that again. Very exhausting and depressing, but grateful we have a system to fight for our rights. I am disabled, I deserve PIP and will fight to get it.

It would be more convenient to understand the adviser or interviewer due to good english or just to understand without repeating the same questions in broken english especially on medical grounds of a person.

As you'll find upon someone's death everybody and their uncle want a share of whatever they left and the main player in robbing you is the tax man. You'll see vultures descending from all over, including the so-called man of god when he asks for his share for spending 5 minutes at the grave.

My assesment was done on the phone by a nurse , she understood everything fast and clear , she done the report , no probs at all , but on a road accident with polly trauma and severely affected legs 😢😢😢 , they no need to doubt , and assume i,m getting better , which i only dream i can be , this people need a change of workers there , should be medical people doing this , not jst office job. , cos they not competent. 😢😢😢

Very good video and brilliant explanations , i get PiP , now i had assessment again , answers are made to confuse u , my situation is worst anyway and suported by medical evidence , so so bad the system is like this , some people working there need to belong to medical profesion to understand body structure , diseases ... how conditions work , they always suppose u get better , they dont want to know about chronic disease , which means is worst and worst , not getting better , my condition need a medical pension cos i,m never able to walk far , not to work , the word polly trauma says everything 😢😢😢 , hard to deal with this system ,
