I agree with the interviewee! I said the same thing about Ghana. Everywhere I went I saw ppl hustling to make a living. No one was idle😊 even the kids were working. I also agree that the Ghanian ppl are very nice and respectful. I enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning. As a matter of fact after I bragged about Ghana, since last year 8 ppl I know have visited! And of the 8, 4 bought lots, 2 on the strength of us buying. 2 more purchased lots, and 1 has returned 3x’s!

I wish you had discussed in this video more of the landscape and the geography of the land. What type of vegetation is on the land before it is cut down. Do the land buyers have the option to keep certain trees on the land. For those that are building multiple-level homes that could potentially block the views of those that are only going to build one level homes these are matters of concern of others building huge homes that will obstruct the site and the beauty of the area these are the things that need to be discussed in the video for those of us in the diaspora that's interested in moving and purchasing rke land
