Hi joost, I already had contact with you in the past, at that time oil levels where not ideal and the oil was still from the 70ties, oil has been refreshed and up to level, the 2 only thing's I'm struggling with is : -the solenoid on the fuel pump, should it be activated with start-up or or not -getting a decent spark, (there's no original module) made one myself but that one is fried , so I'm in the process of designing a new one to fit original spark plug

@@-allround- Hi. Which solenoid do you mean. The "Elektromagnetisches Ventil" between the high pressure mechanical fuel pump "Kraftstoffpumpe" and the fuel nozzle? Or do you mean something (relay) with the external fuel pump "Kraftstoffforderpumpe"? In the manual detailed schemes and explanation is given about the start-up sequence.

​@djordjevick just connect signal line and - (zero volt)line from pedal to the other controller , also check the new clip , don't make the rim to skinny, or else it snaps in half better cut some rubber

In my neighborhood it's tricky testing this puppy , last time a farmer came over, calling me an idiot for making that much noise (he is living 800 meter abroad with an highway in between) so if I made the improvements I want to do , I'll be searching for a good location For sure the camera will be mounted on something stronger haha , the sheer sound force knocked it over

When in was eventually running it was going full power , so i Guess it was to rich for an instant start (clueles here) pumps where running @ 8 bar (ful power) To get a better air flow through the motor I'll be needing an thinner or more coned air nozzle to get some more air speed at start , leaf blower will be mandatory on the next trip ! Thanx for the tips, sure gonna try it out

@@-allround- OK then! Sounds like you're sure fuel flow was good. With the same air set up then maybe bring fuel setting down for an easier start.

There is a motor speed controller but It seems it's only putting out max power, ordered a new one to see if that one regulates the pump power, if there is indeed flow @ 8bar I don't know , with troubleshooting the motor controller I'm gonna take out the nozzles and see if they sprays good, and makes a nice gasoline spray cone ..

Be sure to isolate both motor wire from the casing , or else de bridge is going to be fried, and watch you're fingers , pretty strong setup !!

It's made from a mini quad for children , electric starter is used to start it !

@@-allround- what a great job, I'm fascinated, you inspired me to do the same, do you think I could do it with a Honda Dax engine? the start is not electric.

@@urquizaramiro Wow that's a great compliment ! Electric start is just a luxury feature , as you take a sharp corner the carb gets flooded some times , that's why I changed it to an 90cc chainsaw carb , do you have an manual clutch on the dax or is it an automatic clutch ?

@@-allround- The embreague is manual, the engine is 110cc, it is an engine that I have to start up again since it was not used, but when I saw your machine it seemed incredible and I want to do something like that, although I doubt it is as spectacular as yours ! Thanks for answering.
