Everyone thinks it's puff pastry! The new preparation method, simple and delicious
Preparation method with related ingredients:
250 ml of warm milk.
4 tablespoons of sugar.
7 g of vanilla sugar.
7 g of dry yeast.
mix well.
1 egg.
30 ml of vegetable oil.
mix well.
550 g wheat flour.
6 g of salt.
mix well with a spatula.
knead the dough by hand.
grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
cover and leave to ferment for an hour.
grease the pan with butter.
3 apples.
3 tablespoons of sugar.
1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
cook on low heat for 6 minutes.
divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
cut the dough as shown.
add the apple filling.
it is placed on a tray lined with baking paper.
do the same with the second piece of dough.
cover and leave for 15 minutes.
mix 1 egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of milk.
bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
sprinkled with sugar.

There’s absolutely nothing unique or special about this bread. It’s just plain ordinary bread with a little vinegar mixed in, which is not some big secret at all. Using a little vinegar and bread is as old as the hills and very commonly done. I hate Clickbait titles like there’s some big secret here and they don’t even mention what it is because there is no secret here, stop being another Clickbait. It’s disgusting.
