The Road We Once Knew - The Eisenhauers
The Road We Once Knew was written as a lament for life on the road playing music. Sheree wrote this at a point in our lives when music wasn't in the forefront. We are back on the road lots these days, touring with kids in tow.

First time hearing you two now. You are both so so great! I love your voices so much❤️❤️❤️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Keep on entertaining us. So so beautiful! God bless you both❤️💐🙏🏻
I saw you two play in Cranbrook BC Canada several years ago. What a treat to listen to & feel your lyrics & music.
Songs like this are why I don't listen to country music radio. Songs like this, authentic, soulful and melodic, aren't played on our local country stations in my part of Tennessee. My grandson and I decided to keep a count of every guy singing about beer and I told him, about every third song in a set and sure enough I was right. Country became pop cuz that's where the money's at. It's not even good pop music, lol. Thank you for keeping it real.
Their entire album is fantastic!
An outstanding song!
Nice. Very nice. You guys ever in Penticton.?
So heart wrenching but so so beautiful!
Absolutely beautiful.
God bless Doris
