I got the clips for a few more just havent gotten around to making em yet. Running hali now, i think it is the best but i also think it is just 98% none with a few better chest passes. Go watch the clips in the animation store for hali, it shows 3 animations. Pretty sure thats cuz there are literally only 3 unique sig animations, and the rest are just from the generic set which is none for passing. The chest pass is really good and it triggers a lot, but its like 1 out of prob hundreds of pass animations. Its sorta sad when you realize how much 2k just reuses animations. This happens in post moves, hop jumpers, layups, and passing. Anyway this is why i tell people i dont think any pass style or layup style is worth chasing with attributes. They are all mostly the same anyway. You should just go for the badges you need. The only exception i have to this is have for this yr is trae young layup for small guards for the floater. Its def the best floater and it only has a req of 80.

i just run trae young on my small guards for the floater. all the other floaters ive seen so far are garbo and i need a solid floater. i also have dunking on most of my builds this year so im just not going for lays as much anyway.

it helps but i am debating myself it its worth it. i have like 9 builds now, a few at 80 and a few at 85 to 88. float game on gold def helps but i just use my max +1 on the 80 lay builds to make up for it. i dont think its worth it cuz layup is just too expensive this year. i think its at least as expensive in the builder as dunking, so ive been making builds with dunking. if its a small guard i would just stop at 80 for trae young and dump the remainder in dunking or whatever. even a few pts on speed or agility are really nice to have this yr.

nah, esp cuz layup is so expensive this year. i like hali's main sig euro but there are a lot of great euro animations. just get the badges you need. ive been putting dunking on my builds lately cuz i think dunking is either the same cost or cheaper than layup anyway. i should do a video on finishing. i keep having ideas but not finishing videos!

@@kennybobby201 i was thinking about make a build with 70 layup. Make one with 80, one with 85 and one with 93. Dont feel much a difference between. But i dont know if 70 is too risk

runnin hali now, ill prob do that vid in a week or two. i have the clips for like 3 other pass styles i need to finish. fox was prob my fav so far, not including hali yet. still gotta do conley and CP3 too.

ill have this done by fri boss! Srsly i havent been putting high lay on my builds cuz i think dunking is actually cheaper this year. Typical 2k move, over correct everything! If you wanna see another example of over correction, go put on jamal murrays behind the back, its laughable this year.

@kennybobby201 it is cheaper I have a 96 driving dunk build getting that is 16k I have 2 93 driving layup upgrading to a 85 is 15k

its hard to pass up trae youngs floater imo. its just too good not to have in the bag for a small guard.

​@@jameshill9579 the best way for me is not look for fouls and always try make the layup. The fouls come naturally

Bron has the flick runnin up the floor but every pass style has the same two handed overhead which is really what you should be doing most of the time if ur a center with low handles. U get that when you plant ur feet. The high release point is safer and usually it has more steam on it cuz ur feet are planted. I like to do a fake pass to plant my feet after boards a lot.

None pass style is best for 87 pass I found for my big

Fox pass style is better then Ja and Trae for low pass build and you just need a 77 pass the chest and bounce passes are quick asf and are the closest to Halliburton’s, I got a build with 78 ,87 and 92 pass and I use the fox over Lebron but not over Hali

Bron has a couple load ups in the non dom hand (left for me) and that load up in the chest pass is when its about to be a laser. Runnin fox rn, its very nice.

Yea none works fine because it is the generic base set of animations. It has animations in it that every pass style has anyway. I dont believe any pass style is worth chasing with attributes, rather you should be chasing badges and pass speed with attributes. In 3’s i throw full court passes all the time with 65 pass acc on my big. If you have low pass acc, when throwing bombs, plant your feet so you get good overhead animations. I see a lot of bigs with no handles and no pass acc take 4 dribbles before throwing outlets after rebounds. You need the good overhead animations if your pass acc is low. Every pass style has them. They happen when your feet are planted.

The release is usually earlier than it looks on lays. Just try to watch the ball.

My 92 pass acc build was my first build and its pretty trash so i gotta make a new one with high pass. My last couple builds i stopped at 85 knowing id be running takes that boost passing. Passing is pretty pricey in the builder so its a budget way to get to the 90’s. Anyway i am planning on making a new one with higher pass to check out conley and cp3. Debating if 94 is worth to try luka cuz luka pass looks sus to me. The no lookie jump passes look terrible.

@@kennybobby201you can deffs save points by not going 94 pass acc, it’s almost unanimous that luka pass style is ass especially for the requirement, haven’t seen a single video where someone said it was good, also darius garland pass style is a 92 and locked behind starter 4, just thought it was worth mentioning

It's really good throwing outlet passes and bounce passes but his icon passing in the half-court has some really readable loadups. Personally I prefer Donovan Mitchell's

@@DonDeLem forsure he does have some bad loadups but i love bounce passes so i can deal with those on occasion. Have yet to try Donovan’s, will try that next thanks!

I was messing with the wing lays last night looking for a good floater, try default swing. It has a nice consistent floater you get prob around 70-80% of the time. Trae has a few other floater animations you get every now and again too this year so none of them are 100% guaranteed to get the good floater animation. There are a ton of good euro options tho. A good floater is what separates the elite layup animations imo cuz having a reliable floater changes how you have to be guarded. I play with an inside center a lot so my floater is a big part of my game.

I only have 80 layup. I stopped at 80 for trae young layup package. I also have dunking so im mostly just using this for the floater. I followed badgeplugs advice on his small guard build so i have a little lay and a little driving dunk and tiny bit of standing dunk and i dont regret it all. They are all cheap till you hit high 70’s or so. 45 standing dunk is the best offensive value in the game for guards imo.

@@kennybobby201 45 standing dunk is definitely underrated for “guards”. I feel like I dunk more with the two packages that gets than with 75+ on my bigs 🤷🏾‍♂️

There is a mix of real player % and normal risk in these clips cuz i was runnin real player % like most people at first but then i tried normal risk for better consistency on the floaters. Once the floater is more than a couple feet away real player % misses a lot cuz i only have 80 layup but i can green em fine on normal risk.

Prob ja morant. Still need to test that this year, looks the same as last year tho.

How do you feel about floaters this year? It was a big part of my game in 24 but now I’m surprised when I even make one. I have a theory that floaters might be influenced by close shot rating now but I don’t have any builds with close shot to test it, what do you think?

@@Swavee2xLIVE they feel harder to green but i also only have 80 layup and i dont have the badge on HOF like last year. With trae young lay im making em consistently tho especially on normal risk. That way if i screw up a little close to the basket it still has a chance but also i can make the longer ones too but i gotta nail those. The diff of a couple feet makes a big difference on difficulty or green window.
