“Here Today” is one of the tracks from Paul McCartney’s 1982 album called “Tug of War”. This song is a tribute to his long dear friend and former Beatle John Lennon who died in 1980. This shows his love, respect and also, thinking about all the memories with him (including his long-time friendship and songwriting partner of most Beatles hits). A few months ago, I lost a dear friend of mine, she is one of my good friends and one of my influences to be just like her, a well-known musician, singer and songwriter. So, this is a sort of tribute to her.
