Hi! 3rd year using the kinbor weeks, and from close comparison with TMR, i think they are not the same as well, quite close but def have difference. And just a note, the kinbor weeks cover quality depends per design....some have soft cover ❤

Oh dear what a horrible planner incident. That is truly sad Alex. So glad that you do have a back up to keep everything organized. Can't imagine how difficult it is to find much during the half way point in the year. I am enjoying my Cousin as my main planner/journal and Common Planner TN as a every day carry. The Cousin is wonderful with all the many sections. Good look with all your tests. Enjoy the week. 💞

Love this video! Great set up for the same Planner (instead of buying something different). I am using a spring Cousin and a Common Planner TN (left handed to along with writing large too). So impressed you are taking Japanese - AWESOME!

To the end club member. Haha. I like longer videos for 'body doubling'. (There needs to be a different term for that because that sounds weird.) I've also been getting the blues, so I've turned my Hobonichi Cousin into a more journal/memory/creative sort of space and am test driving a planner spread that I made for myself.

Got to the end and really liked this. The layout is really pretty. Too much work for me to ever replicate, but I still enjoyed seeing you work on it.

Thank you for articulating your thoughts on SICP. I hadn’t realized what irked me so much until you talked about the timeline. I have an N2V (vertical Weeks-size) and I’m really trying so hard to love it because I feel like I’m *supposed* to, but I just don’t. It doesn’t bring me joy like the TAN does. I am, however, missing a “notes” section to jot down brain dumps and ideas. Currently thinking of getting a cover that will fit the TAN and a notebook, and I may be at peace.

The TAN A5 is great, I also use it for journaling/memory keeping. The 68gsm is better than the 52gsm TRP (in my opinion), and the spine is perfect for using stickers and washi because it expands along with the pages. You don’t get as much spine curving as you do in other bound books.

I hear you and it really has been a hard core planner season this year deciding on what to use and what for. I love my Take a Note planner I use the A5 for my journaling and last year I stuck with the Common Planner for the whole year and loved it but I wanted a change. Welcome to Planner confusion😂

What works for you is what works for you. I also really love the TAN planner, though I only have one A6. I find it very fountain pen friendly, and the paper holds up to moving stickers better than some other planners and notebooks I've had in the past. Looking forward to that PWM.
