I used a take a note planner for the first time this year and I was thinking of going back to the Hobonichi cousin but I think I will stick with the Take a note for 2025. I will try using all the sections this time. Thank you for this video.

Omg I'm in the same boat waiting on my TAN. Arrived at Auckland international on October 16th. Casually twiddling my thumbs waiting. There is definitely a hold up. I don't know if NZ post is actually the handler on this end? Anyways, I love the TAN for journalling because the columns look really smart. And I feel like you can easily do 1 or 2 page spreads every few days instead of a half page daily if you like. Good luck for your exams! I just had mine (Dysphagia and Motor Speech Disorders) 💀

I'm gonna use Kinbor in 2026 since it's affordable. I already have my Hobonichi for next year.

I prefer Kinbor Replacement Manual Book A6 standard series with dots paper (pink side), the cost is less than 3.5 USD. The quality of a paper is so much better for fountain pens than the Kinbor Techo.

I have put Kinbor Weeks in Hobonichi plastic cover with no problems. It stretches quite easily. Also this year they removed the index from notes pages but have 81 pages instead so more than Hobonichi. And I think the grid is clearer so it shows really nicely through the weekly pages which is great!

I have a "Hello Panda" A6, and mine (November) is spelled incorrectly as well! I just did a video over mine. I wish I had noticed that misspelling sooner!

Hi! 3rd year using the kinbor weeks, and from close comparison with TMR, i think they are not the same as well, quite close but def have difference. And just a note, the kinbor weeks cover quality depends per design....some have soft cover ❤

Oh dear what a horrible planner incident. That is truly sad Alex. So glad that you do have a back up to keep everything organized. Can't imagine how difficult it is to find much during the half way point in the year. I am enjoying my Cousin as my main planner/journal and Common Planner TN as a every day carry. The Cousin is wonderful with all the many sections. Good look with all your tests. Enjoy the week. 💞

Love this video! Great set up for the same Planner (instead of buying something different). I am using a spring Cousin and a Common Planner TN (left handed to along with writing large too). So impressed you are taking Japanese - AWESOME!

To the end club member. Haha. I like longer videos for 'body doubling'. (There needs to be a different term for that because that sounds weird.) I've also been getting the blues, so I've turned my Hobonichi Cousin into a more journal/memory/creative sort of space and am test driving a planner spread that I made for myself.

Got to the end and really liked this. The layout is really pretty. Too much work for me to ever replicate, but I still enjoyed seeing you work on it.
