I just Love learning about Japanese craft and I've always loved your presentations and everything you do John. I'm in Florida and have not been able to visit your workshops. My trials of this art have been memorable and trying to get back to it in my recent retirement. Still looking for my clamps that I made. I hope they're not lost forever.. I wouldn't think that the lightly piped resist would stop the color bleeding underneath - When I tried to do this, the dye just moved right under my resist lines!
Do you have references/sources for the various images used in this presentation? I’d love to be able to see some of them in closer detail, and know their complete stories. (Artist, Museum, etc)
