CIF Base When Computing Duties & Taxes

Tama po ba yun ainingil ako ni fedex ng duies tax daw sa parce ko na dumaan sa kanila. may inorder ako sa AliExpress na parts ng cellphone worth P600 tapos nagbayad ako ng AliExpress premium shipping ng worth P1100+ tapos pagdating dito sinisingil ako ni fedex ng custom tax daw na worth 500+ ? Wala naman worth 10k ang parcel ko. Samantalang sa postal dumaan ang parcel ko na cellphone worth 9K ay P120+ lang ang singiln ng postal for handling fee.
