[PB] SMB Banana Rumble: World Tour in 17:33.897
Time is IGT.
Almost was able to clutch out record with this one but got a little too greedy on the final stage. Proud of my progress and how much I've pushed this character, but I'm going to take a step back to relearn the game on Baby. Baby just seems to outclass Val in too many ways and I think I need to swap in order to stay competitive unfortunately. I'd like to come back to lowering Val times in the future, but this run feels like a good send off for now.

World Record at the time of uploading. Time is IGT. A very weird run. Had 2 long and embarrassing deaths paired with an otherwise fairly clean and lucky run. Very happy with my progress, was thinking about switching characters but I think Val has some more potential to be explored. Time is without loads, done on PC. I stop the timer late so re-timed to 32m 57s. Haven't been able to grind as much as I would like because life stuff but happy to be making progress! Still more progress to be made though!

World Record at the time of uploading. My hands were shaking really bad on the last 2 stages because i choked a lot of previous runs there but managed to hold myself together enough to get a sub 1:20! Pretty happy with this run for now but this category can still be pushed way further with a skip on edge master.

World Record at the time of uploading. Was hoping for a sub 30 min and managed to get a 28! Had a few meltdowns, most notably on cascade, but aside from that I'm really happy with this run! Its the culmination of all of the effort I've put into learning and practicing these stages over the past month. World record at the time of uploading. Happy with this run for now, but not too satisfied as there are big mistakes and a lot of time left to save. I'd like to work on other categories, so ill come back to this one later. This category is brutal.

World Record at the time of uploading. Finally didn't choke a run past blocks skip! Still a bit sloppy with plenty of time to save but I'm happy with no deaths. First sub minute for the category!

World Record at the time of uploading. Got cube jumpscared on Birth since I lined it up wrong but luckily managed to recover! I'm happy i was able to push this category down to sub 2:50!
The instant i read Val of the Gala Family favored a "high risk, high reward" playstyle i knew he was gonna be a speedrunner's favorite
