Our one night backpacking trip that started in Custer State Park following the Centennial Trail into the Black Elk Wilderness Area in the Black Hills National Forest of South Dakota to view the 4th of July fire works over Mount Rushmore from a very private granite ledge near our camp site on our anniversary.
Black Hills Ultra 30K

The view of my 2024 Black Hills Ultra Marathon 30K through the eyes of my support person. The day turned out to be a big success as my target time was 5 Hours and I finished in 4:46. Also, I thought it was a long 30K going in and it was. My Garmin watch clocked it at just under 19.7 miles.

My training run shows the last segment of the trail of the Black Hills Ultra Marathon. This section is from the Alkali aid station to Fort Meade which is the 1st and last section for the 100-mile race and the final section for the 30K, 50K, and 50-mile events. GFC & Ozark Trail Tarp Shelter Combo

I showed the combo setup for a quick and inexpensive shelter using the Ozark Trail Tarp Shelter with my GFC truck camper. The addition of 4 Devil's Tongue hooks, 4 bungee cords, and 8 additional stakes makes a great budget awning setup. I also experimented with a mosquito net bonus setup that turned it into a bug-free porch.

I will be running a very tough 30K trail run this weekend after doing some other tough ones in the past month. So, seems to be going good. I am going to continue to use them for sure until after my attempt at the Pikes Peak Double in September. After that, I might experiment on how it goes without them. Thanks again!

I have been using the X39 properly since 2020. Is there a recommended duration or time limit? Any negative effects or impacts from long term usage?

(I used the patches throughout). I am currently running many trail miles while training for the Pikes Peak Double & other upcoming endurance challenges I will be competing in this summer. I am using both the X39 and X49 patches one of my training tools and I feel that my training and recovery time are going really well for a guy about to be 71 years old. Thanks again!

Can we give children with special needs this patch especially when they are hyperactive or they have a hard time saying still,cause supposedly this patches give energy I don’t want my child bouncing off the wall😂
I felt a mental clarity the first day. I know a friend of the family who’s giving their grandson (autism) the patches. He started speaking a bit more, so soon I am trying to my daughter who has autism… caffeine calms her so this might be the same
I headed out to do the Bone Collector Trail one day, but missed the trail and went on another trail. Have fun running the "Peak." I hiked that rock when I lived there many years ago.

I experienced the same thing. I walked for about 3 months, pushing pretty hard to get to averaging 4 mph over 2 miles. My left leg gave out, and I had pain up my left leg and hip After about 6 weeks, it has gone away. I had my annual lab tests with my doctor and found I was dehydrated. I was not doing what Lifewave strongly suggests. Hydrate Your body. Drink filtered water at the rate of half Your body weight in ounces as a minimum. More if You sweat when exercising.
I agree there is a downside of all the patches. If we do hydrate (1/2 our body weight in ounces) we run the chance of doing exactly what caused You to create this video. I hope this helps. Of course it must be filtered RO water. No tape water because it has chlorine and chlorine kills living organizes, right!

Tremendous radiating stenosis pain that I was getting cortisone injections for abated very slowly but GONE AFTER 6 MONTHS of patching. Now pain free. Slightly more energy immediately and gaining daily. Brain fog I didn’t realize I had cleared each day. Still just a tiny bit of short-term memory. Ambulation improved tremendously, albeit slowly. Feeling as I did in my 30’s. I look 15 years younger. No kidding. I’m beyond grateful to David Schmidt.

I'm 56 almost 57 in Jan. I just started the patches 9 days ago. I have been suffering some ailments since I was 27. As soon as the Aeon patch was placed on on my neck within seriously about 1 to 2 seconds my pain completely went away in my neck and I had relief in my lower back. I cannot believe what is happening to me its the most incredible journey i am on and I cannot wait to see where I end up 😊❤❤ because the changes are happening so quickly it is blowing my mind.😊😊😊❤❤❤❤

I think you could get about 3/4 of the way from the sign to the trail head but after that it might be sketchy, especially at what I called dead mans curve. I would recommend pulling off and parking at one of the camp sites to the left on the way up which will get you fairly close and then hike it from there and go take a look. Good luck! Thanks, I think we'll do what you say, just park at that open area before "dead mans curve". Going to do the 4 pass loop in the Maroon Bells and what to do a day hike to North Half Moon Lakes to "acclimate". I just turned 70 but can't do what you are doing.
